Nonprofit Groups Don’t Recruit Older Workers

Nonprofit groups don’t have the workplace policies or flexible scheduling to attract or retain a growing number of mature workers to their organizations, according to a new report released this month by The Conference Board. The report hinges on the retirement of Baby Boomers – 77 million strong – who will be leaving the workplace over the next 10 years.
